Is RM stressful? I’m about 4 months in and I’m still learning so much and can’t perform tasks independently

I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. I have done a DL project (CNN) in my master's dissertation and also have done projects with Regression too. I've been applying to companies via LinkedIn but not receiving any call back. Please advise!

How do Rolex waitlists work with respect to different models? Like if an AD could let me have a Sub, Exp 1 or 2, DJ, GMT, etc I would honestly take whatever is available first. Are there lists for specific models or is it sort of just one big pool?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

First step being the online assessment dubbed 'virtual job tryout'. I am anxious about answering 'correctly'. Specifically because it asks if you are competitive, willing to stop what you are doing to help others or prioritize your own work. I'm Accounting Manager at no name company, role I've applied to is Principal Accounting Associate. I have 10 YOE.
