Did not get an offer from Morgan Lewis last week. I went to a seminar today where the partner I interviews was speaking (he is the main partner of the group and he has like a 5 person team). I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. Manager Ratings: Generally speaking, in consulting, for a long term project, if there’s a team of 6 people (1 person managing everyone, and below that person 5 different people who are associates or senior associates) is there pressure on the manager to give at least 1 of the 5 associates/senior associates a bad review?
