Hi guys, I am basically a PLSQL developer have below choices. 1) PLSqL offer from FIS 2) Data Engineer(Python+AWS) with Virtusa. 3) In my current organization I may get onsite opportunity to Japan. For first two offers almost offer would be 25LPA and 9 YOE. Which one is best to choose. Please suggest for my career.

Should I take the offer and then pivot to a management consultant role from there or should I stay in banking and try to get myself into IM? What are my options? Thanks!

What’s the background of most product managers you’ve come across? Is it engineering, consulting, strategy, etc.? I’ve never met anyone who started their career as a PM and I’m curious how to get in it?

Currently a L7 at AWS, going for L8. Been offered a VP position at Capgemini. Ignoring the financials, what reasons / factors would you consider important when making a decision. FYI, I am in a Consumer Goods specialist space and think that in the domain I work in, AWS is definitely a tech leader.

Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?

I have an offer from mindtree (senior engineer) and my current employer wants to match the same CTC, currently it is 6day week here and current role is similar to BA.
Need some suggestions in taking a decision

I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? Don't wna miss out on this one
