Is summer usually a slow season for finding freelance copy work? Generally what are the cycles for freelance needs?

I'm trying to compare the perks and benefits of leadership positions at the four big CRE firms; JLL, Cushman Wakefield, CBRE and Colliers. Can anyone comment on any perks or benefits they get at the companies I don't work for? I'm thinking company swag, travel to conferences or to meet with clients, leadership retreats, nice offices, vehicles, clothing allowances etc. Curious if there are any benefits to being a leader at any of the other firms. I would appreciate some advice on my situation below.
About three months ago, I was applying to find a new job. A month later, I got an offer, came work for this firm. I am not feeling like this would be a great environment for me. So I accepted a job interview this week but when I sent them the resume was 3 months ago so i didnt have my current job on there. Should I tell them my job has changed since? I am worried that if i dont tell them, they will find out when doing background check.
