As I got to the interview room there was a large executive chair facing away from me. The chair turned and on top was a mirror. When looking in the mirror I could see the cat. I am the cat. I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

I’ve been getting into a healthier routine and make a meal replacement smoothie every morning. I bought a bunch of palisade peaches from a stand and chopped some up and froze them.

Mixed them up today with some OJ, Fairlife milk, unflavored protein powder, spinach, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Best smoothie yet!
