Is there any change in the WFO policy this month? Till last month I was informed that the days are calculated every quarter so if we miss one day that can be compensated in the next month but this month manager is saying it's calculated monthly.
Please shed some light on this?
Also, my friends manager also suddenly monitoring the days pending in this month and giving heads up.

What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.
