I was shortlisted for the role of Process Manager and my profile is of AM with 9 YOE in Customer Service and Operations.
During the intevriew their director dosent even let me finish what I wanted to say and describe my role in the last company and straight away rejected me stating we are looking for someone with some other skill set.
Why they first shortlisted me for the final round when they knew my skill set and expertise and it was there HR who called me to check whether I am still interested in that profile or not.
The point which bothered me is I was not even given a chance to explain why I could be the right fit for the profile.
Why sometimes people in the top management act like this?
