I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.
