Feeling a lot of pressure to buy an apt as my partner and I are in mid 30s and see ourselves living here (Brooklyn) long term. I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Hello everyone! So my dream job is to work at a veterinary office and I wasn’t able to go to college for it due to my financial issues and I still have that issue.
