I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Do you think biological men in women’s sports is a huge issue? Does men marrying men and women marrying women affect you and have any bearing on your personal life? And how would either of these beliefs change an agency’s output or culture? You’re tired of trans men dominating at agency kickball night?
They call these things “wedge issues” for a reason. The right blows things up to make them seem like these big, looming issues when really, they’re small things that are none of our business while rolling back the things that matter.
You probably won’t find one because most agencies are staffed with smart people. You’re definitely not going to find an agency that sides with you on those issues because that would be insane.

And again, OP, since you seem to have trouble reading, I didn’t say you should support men in women’s sports. I said- and many others have said- that it’s not a real issue. 100 trans athletes in a country of 300 million people is not an “issue.”

OP I consider myself Apolitical leaning Liberal but grew up in Texas so no stranger to growing up (and being friends) around conservatives. In my personal life I believe people can believe what they want, i pay taxes and should be able to get an abortion if i need it, my friend who grew up hunting should continue to buy guns because hes fortunately a nice sane guy who isnt going to shoot up a school, and my friend's adult professional PPO paying queer kid should 100% be allowed to get top surgery... but when it comes to work dynamics we need to all leave the unnecessary BS politization of everything at the door of our homes before we walk out into the rest of what is clearly a very diverse society. Our clients want everyone to buy their products so showing diversity in their work is just smart strategy. Look to the many amazing BYU Mormon creatives all over our industry. Lets just come to work and get shit done.

Doubt it, especially not in the big cities where most of the major agencies are. The best you can hope for is a non political agency, but even that is becoming rare these days

Hey OP, just reading through these rabid and deranged comments, it looks like your question has been answered! There is no ad agency in this country that hasn’t become a jobs program for their cult — and you can tell by how shitty all the work has gotten. The good news is, advertising is one of the last cultural institutions that they still have their death grasp on. Look around you, the biggest comedians, the biggest podcasters, the biggest tech entrepreneurs, some of the biggest names in sports, some in entertainment, are all moving back off the ledge. Modern regressive leftism is dead.
Just sit back, collect your paycheck, focus on your job, and keep one eye on the exit because in ten years, agency creative departments are going to be a “CCO” whose only real job is to manage a team of 10 “creatives” that specialize in feeding prompts to generative AI tools.
Leave that stuff at home. I’m here to sell the dream not buy it. I’ll sell syphilis to teenagers. Ideology is a rich man’s game.
