I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

My team lead calls be exactly at the time of logout and keeps pinging me to complete everything by eod.

How can escape from this situation.
