Is TPM ( Technical Program Manager) a good career path ?

I joined L&T InfoTech in Dec 2021 from last 45 days onwards waiting for project but unfortunately project is not allocated Can I leave the company because I have offer in Wipro

Can I leave a job within 1 month of joining with Same offer is it good idea and is it impact BGV process in Wipro ?

How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.

Hello all, I need one advice.
I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.

Hello, I am looking to make a career change that starts at a minimum 75K salary. The economy is tough right now and I can no longer afford to stay in my current role. I have a bachelors degree in Sociology with experience in managed care, utilization management, & clinical admin.. I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?
