Is using PTO frowned upon? I am starting as a new associate soon at a b4 and I am really nervous for the vacations I have already booked this summer. 4 days in May, 1 day in June, a week and 2 days in July, 3 days in August. I am not sure if I should cancel any of these to help my utilization as a new hire.

I understand A&M comp is primarily derived from the annual bonus based on collections/performance. However, given the significant increase in Big 4 FDD comp this year, are there any plans to raise the base salary for A&M? I have to pay rent every month not just annually 🤣
