To my knowledge not at all. Assuming HCM is human capital? We're doing just fine and depending and service like (ot&t more so than hrt) we're still hiring like crazy

Talking about OT&T as well. Doing great. I can see why we would delay start date as much as possible so that you can fall in new fiscal year.

Don't listen to the bullshitters. Deloitte HC is doing amazing. Any "layoffs" were performance related right before year-end consensus meetings, just like always.

I accepted an offer ACN to D OT&T...SF office, was just called and asked if I'd consider pushing my start date because they over anticipated the pipe. Not sure if that helps.

Received an offer for a CSM role at $95k no sign on bonus and no equity in SF. Annual discretionary bonus is given out

Currently work in consulting and data analytics for $75k with 2 YOE.

Is this an offer worth jumping for or should I wait for something else? I have a couple of other interviews in the pipeline as well for more technical data/product positions.
