Is senior manager level in an investment bank(RBC ) lower than manager level in big 4? If yes , which title will be same to manager level in a big 4?

I am doing my MBA on side. I am looking for ideas on what workshops or session series I can conduct that relates to exciting non work topics or work related (this would be boring though). If you have any other ideas throw it my way.

OTS is growing rapidly and leadership has asked us SMs to assist with recruiting. One of our needs is for cybersecurity and data privacy consultants interested in M&A e.g. CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CIPM, etc

I recently graduated college last year and am trying to pursue certifications to help build up my resume. I currently hold an AWS SAA certification and Azure AZ -900. I am looking to try and obtain the CISSP next. Is there something else I should start with before diving into CISSP or should I direct my studying and focus in that direction?

Does an MBA make sense if you are already at 18lpa with 3 yoe.? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Why is it that when ever I look at “entry level” jobs in IT they always want 2-4 years of experience. It’s entry level that means maybe some certifications if they didn’t major in the field or a degree in the field. Not 2-4 years already working in the field. Can someone please explain this to me?

White male, 3.6 GPA at top public school (like UVA), 700 GMAT, 3.5 years work experience (2y in big 4 MC, 1.5y in corp dev), letter of rec from HBS grad CFO of my company.

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Everybody says there's exit-ops aplenty, but I find myself with less options and even more picky than I did as an ambitious T2 undergrad student. Where do I go from here?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. McKinsey referral system glitch?

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission. He suspects it was because the status from my previous application to McKinsey over 2 years ago got pulled into the system automatically. I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

But the thing is our minds work with numbers. I see SDE roles at MAANG or other companies offer higher packages. I feel like I should aim for more in life if people can get paid more at this experience or age.
