Oh wow, I haven’t thought about ‘resume’ paper in years! Decades almost. Typically I do not have one printed out and brought with me, although it couldn’t hurt. Everything is digital now and I find it unlikely they won’t have access to it. Could be bonus points for you though to pull one out.
most interviewers will have your resume, however, it is a good idea to print up a few and carry them in your bag or portfolio just in case they ask you for a physical copy. Good luck with your job search
Print it and bring it in case the interviewer doesn't have a copy handy, but doesn't need to be on fancy paper. A lot of the formality of applying that existed 15-20 years ago has gone by the wayside. Still need to be buttoned up, but much more practical in the way to approach conversations.
If you get an interview which is rare, ask AI like Copilot or chatgpt what questions you can expect on the interview and also to give you the answers. Be sure to give Copilot or another ai platform your resume so you get more targeted answers. Dont expect an interview. It hardly ever happens.
Network. Get connections. That’s what works today. Good luck.
They'll probably already have your resume at the interview, but it's not as if it will hurt your chances if you carry it or something. It's as much for you as for them. Like if they ask you about something and you want to jog your memory.
Do people still do in house interviews?
