Gross rent $2921, net rent $2696. If I paid $2696 it will amortize the rest of the lease to bring the gross to the net amt.
Leasing agent said 1st month I need to pay $2921gross, $2696net, $1000deposit.
Am I even getting a free month? Is this deal worth it ?

I have approx. 2 years of experience, and I’m being offered a base salary of $85,000. Would it be realistic/fair to negotiate to $90,000, or is that asking for too much? Any thoughts?
