Hi! I have a second interview with Deloitte that is a 30 mins behavioral/cultural interview. I was hoping to get some tips/advice on what to expect? My first interview was a 45 min behavioral one so will it be similar? Appreciate y’all’s help, thanks!!

Imo behaviorals are the easiest! Just hold good conversation, be easy going, and make the interviewer feel confident you’d fit in well! Ask them about culture, their experience, etc and the time will fly. Good luck!

Will keep this in mind. Thank you so much!!

They’re just trying to see if you’re a good fit, both culturally and technically. Just discuss your past experience, discuss your management style and how you best work with teams to address complex situations

Sounds good, thank you!

Present yourself as well spoken, ambitions to learn, and excited.

What’s the role?

It’s a business architecture analyst role!

Could you share what questions you got asked in the first one? :)

Yeah! They were mostly your basic behavioral questions: tell me about yourself, why did you apply for this role, situational questions (tell me about a time…), questions around my resume, etc.

Switched to industry from audit about 2 months ago and it’s been worse than expected. Made sure to do my due diligence asking about flexibility, work life balance, etc. and everything has been worse than what I was told. Talked to one of my old recruiters and they said this job is already showing red flags this early and should consider getting out before I’m in too deep and can just leave this off my resume. Any experience/advice with this kind of situation?

I was offered a position through a recruiter and the company is now doing a background check. I haven’t received a written offer letter or started any paperwork.

After receiving the offer I turned down a final interview with another company. I’ve also been invited to another interview with someone else.

I don’t feel comfortable continuously turning down interviews if I don’t have a written offer or started any paperwork. I want to email HR about the process but what should I say?
