If they told me to come back, I'd ask for a raise due to PTSD
For me, I would run aways as fast as possible hehe
I would definitely go back. I hate looking for a job, and I actually like my job. I haven't been laid off, knock on wood, but if they did lay me off and brought me back, I would be happy about it.
That’s how construction works. Unless next project starts right away you get laid off. They call you when they need you
My instinct is to never go back to any job that I left on bad terms, and I would consider getting laid off with no advance notice or even a 'thank you for your service' bad terms.
Yeah, if my old job told me to come back, I would NOT go back. I feel would always have a target on my back . As it was, I was not an ass kisser to their boss or hung out with the legacy hires & favorites of the company. I was dedicated to my workmanship and quality output, that was the Standard I abided to.
