I’ve been applying to entry-level roles that ask for 2–3 years of experience plus multiple systems I’ve barely used. I graduated with good grades and internships but I still feel like I don’t meet the bar anywhere. Are these job descriptions realistic or are they more like wishlists from companies? I work for a large asset manager and sell alternative investments (PE, RE, Credit, Infra etc) to RIAs, family offices, and multi family offices.
