Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi Fishes, Pls help,
YOE: 13 yrs
Cctc: 13 lpa
Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa.
After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
Queries:
1. Is this normal or rare case, reducing the offer amount from what quoted initially?
2. Should I accept or negotiate?
I don't have any other offer as of now.

It’s no guarantee right now that being qualified for the job means you get the job. There are probably hundreds of others out there who match and who are applying.
It's possible. It's also possible that the jobs are really competitive and they are getting a lot of applicants for one position.

It’s a tight labor market… but why is PNC so desirable to you?
I applied at least a dozen or more times to Capital One and Citi. I eventually did land a role with each of them and regret them both. I am completely jilted with working in IT in the financial industry because of them. In hindsight I should have just stopped applying way earlier than I did. Definitely not going to apply to Bank of America, Chase or Wells Fargo either!
Banks are all increasingly hard to get jobs at. They are all reducing headcount. on top of that, the entire concept of a bank is being rewritten tk become simply an invisible layer for all software. Survival relies on tech and in order to see the fruits of investment in tech, you must eliminate headcount.
Unfortunately, you need to reach out to the hirIng manager or manager and ask for a meeting to set up for shadow. They are very relationship based so go need to build the relationship first.
