I have 3.5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka, along with hands-on development experience. I've also been preparing DSA and System Design, taken referrals, and had my resume reviewed by an Engineering Manager.

Yet, I'm hardly getting shortlisted.
