I’ve been at a company for almost 3 years and generally like it. I enjoy my boss and the people are good but growth has stalled. I’ve brought this up as a concern to my manager and she said we would work on a plan of my path forward in the company. I’m not actively looking but I’ve multiple recruiters reached out and the interviews have been going well. I’d prefer growth where I am. How do I approach with my boss? (fun curve ball - I’m newly pregnant but the company doesn’t know yet)

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. This is not very old technology and not much studies as well.
