Hi ladies! Very transparent post!, today is rough! I try to gentle parent my 3 old son but he doesn’t listen! Only does when I have to raise my voice, take away something, or mean mug 😩😩
My daughter is the total opposite. She actually listens and is growing into an emotionally intelligent and stable kid.

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Anyone has extreme caffeine sensitivity here? I stopped drinking coffee since September because Everytime I would drink coffee, I would get really anxious and jittery a few hours after. Today, I was feeling sick so decided to make chai for myself. Black tea does have some amount of caffeine so I got very jittery 2-3 hours after consuming it. It is killing me and I guess I should give up on occasional chais too 😔

To push off or not? TTC for 3 years, 1 year with RET. Just had a failed IVF transfer and my mental health and spouses mental health are in tough spot. His parents are “temporarily” living with us and MIL has severe Alzheimer’s. All of this is straining our marriage badly. I’m torn between pushing through another round of IVF given it’s been SO long - or whether there’s just way too much going on and we need to get our house in order. Is there a right time for IVF?

I found out today that our partially stimulated FET failed. We did Letrozole, Ovidrel trigger shot, Endometrin suppositories & Estrogen.

My one tube is blocked & other ovary had surgery & so doesn't respond well.

My RE now wants to do a Hormonal ERA to prep for the next FET. She wants to PIO now if I'm okay with it. I'm kinda scared about PIO but ready if it's gonna help.

1. Is there anything else we should be doing before the next FET?
2. My lining this cycle was 12mm. Is that too thick?

How reliable are pregmate strips for tracking your hcg levels in pregnancy? I’m 7 weeks today and my clear blue test positive is strong & much darker than the test line but my pregmate test is faint & much lighter than the test line. Kind of confused and would appreciate any insight
