I’ve been going through interviews recently and I am SHOCKED at the salaries that are being offered. I am getting ~90K$ as a salary for roles asking for 4-7 years of experience for roles in supply chain. My role right now at Accenture is about 15K higher than that. Is that normal that industry pays that low? Where should I apply for a salary that’s at least comparable to what I am making now. I’m in Quebec btw.

Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? And how should the negotiation start? Through phone calls or emails? Didn’t use recruiter for this position, so I don’t know what is the process here.

I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY.
