Its clear learning is the priority, you like the challenge. You may have gotten comfortable. Switch it up. I moved in house just over a year ago and now learning nothing and boss is insecure since i know more. I am looking elsewhere and possibly even back to private practice.
Thanks for sharing your experience. The issue with in house is that there is not much upward mobility. For people who outgrow the role, most of the time, their only way to continue grow is switch jobs
