I've been in the entertainment industry for 5 years, live in a MCOL city, and currently still make around 85k as a marketing manager. I'd like to crack the six figure mark but not sure if I'd have to switch to tech to do so - or maybe influencer marketing? Any thoughts?

I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
