Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.
Glad my Amazon addiction is beneficial to everybody

Boomer retirements. Many more of these to come.
PwC 3 - what are you talking about? You seem like the dude that always has to bring politics into anything and everything. Get real lol.
Firms are growing, boomers are retiring, and the millennials are all leaving for more money and Work life balance. You can push people along at staff level and get by. but pretty bad for business if you promote people that aren’t ready for partner.
That said, I think bigger issue is that people are leaving earlier and earlier, lowering the available pool for internal promo to partner, because the Public Acct industry, no matter how much it talks about WLB, is pretty 💩. The industry as a whole needs to make a change at this point and stop bending over and taking it from clients with the excuse of “well, that’s professional services for ya 🤷🏼♂️”
Yes, which also makes me wonder - why aren’t they promoting from within? Did the senior managers all leave? 🤔
We are hiring a lot of partners as well. Usually it’s to expand our skill sets. We are still promoting from within at normal rates. But in order for us to grow we have to bring in talent in areas we haven’t already had. So it’s more for strategic growth.
maybe for specialty practices they are trying to grow? if for audit then I agree would seem something is amiss
Yeah we are burned out and everyone thinks we do nothing and get paid all the $$, so we are quitting!
