I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.

I don't see how that would give you any leverage. If you try to use that job listing to get a raise it probably won't be taken seriously. You could apply for the local onsite job, but it may not be worth it to you. By the time you factor in the costs of working onsite, you wouldn't be getting much of a raise.
I agree
Oh heck no you better keep that remote job… I work remote at home $75k and I thought that was low
I had a remote job making 95k annually and thought I had hit the jackpot! Until this one manager started gunning for me. Harassing, micro-managing, messages on Teams "hey, are you working today, I see there hasn't been any movement on your Teams". Unrealistic expectations, more than our metrics called for, so I decided to report her for hostile workplace. Big mistake! If you ever want to fast track getting yourself fired in less than 2 weeks from "hey, I don't see any activity on your Teams" to yet another 1:1, these were happening daily after I "anonymously" reported her to HR for bullying and hostile work environment and then suddenly, I'm on a performance plan which was handed down to me on a Friday and the following Monday, terminated. So, now I'm on unemployment, because I didn't do anything wrong, but what I have coming in now, barely pays the rent. I can't afford my car payment or insurance and what's really messed up, is that I would go live in my car and let the apartment go, but I have a 15 year old daughter who depends on me to keep the ship upright and running forward. I can't find a job, and the recruiters who will talk to me are offering the lowest, low ball pay in my life! I have 31 years of nursing under my belt, the last 10 in remote case management so I don't lack the skills, I have a BSN RN and everything an employer could want, yet, the jobs I DO get run through the recruiter gauntlet are seriously low balling, like, I even made more money back in 2004 when I was still a LVN, but hell, I'll take it at this point, but they never respond back to me after the initial rush to get all of my information situated. I don't know what to do, I still have hope, very little, but it's still here. It just better happen quick before my juggling act all comes crashing down my head.
Sign to move if you want to make more. Please keep in mind the big picture, though. Remote vs. on-site, different benefit packages, PTO differences, it’s not always straight forward trade off.
Can I ask what the job is? Im looking to move into remote
I’d definitely consider using it as leverage. If they’re offering more for the same role, it shows your value. It might be a good sign to explore your options!
