I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

I’ve spent about half my career in more fast-paced startup-y environments. The other half I’ve been at big F250 media companies. Big companies have a ton of process and bureaucracy that is frustrating if you’re “grab the bull by the horns” kind of person. But, you do get the feeling of stability and can often spend more time focusing on the core competencies of your job. If you love what you do, prefer narrow focus, and are ok with rolling your eyes with the corporate politics, big brands are just fine.
Comcast 1 is spot on. I’ve worked in both. I just left a job at a company I joined when it was a startup to go to another startup because the old startup was getting bigger and being extremely bureaucratic. I don’t like rules - I am not a crazy rogue person either - I like the freedom to build and grow something amazing without having to bow to the masses (that sounds a lot worse than I intend haha).
