I’ve been unemployed for 3 months after losing my federal consulting job and not being able to move internally at my firm. Market is super rough out there. I am getting some phone screens/interviews, so there is some hope. I do feel like I might be getting looked down upon for now having a 3 month employment gap…I do feel like there is a still an unconscious bias against people who are not currently employed…do you agree OR am I mistaken?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
