Hi #Urgent
Got the Offer Letter from Citi upon accepting I also received the Background Verification (BGV) mail.
which says I need to provide the relieving letter/experience letter. But the thing is I have not received it (it will take some time). I only have resignation acceptance letter.
Can we still proceed for bgv process and tell Citi that I will provide the relieving letter later on when i get it.
(already passed my LWD: 2nd nov)

Can I ask what company you're talking about? I feel like a lot of companies (just like any other institutions, like our government) don't follow through on their ideals. Sometimes it feels like they don't even try to follow through. Sorry you're goin through that, wherever you are located!
The company I was referring to is DaVita, specifically their corporate location in Federal Way, Washington. DaVita is a major kidney care company that provides dialysis services and operates clinics across the United States[1][3].
You're right that many companies struggle to fully live up to their stated values. In DaVita's case, their "All for One and One for All" motto is a core part of their corporate culture[5]. However, as I experienced, there can be a significant gap between this ideal and the actual treatment of employees, especially those facing challenges or not considered favorites.
DaVita has a large presence in the Federal Way area. They moved their accounting and payroll operations there in 2013, bringing 350 jobs with plans for growth[6]. While they offer opportunities, my experience suggests that the work environment, particularly in certain departments, may not always align with their publicly stated values.
It's worth noting that employee experiences can vary. Some reviews of DaVita are positive, with employees praising their coworkers and the opportunity to help patients[7]. However, others have reported issues similar to what I experienced, including concerns about unrealistic metrics and lack of support[8].
If you're considering a position with DaVita or any large corporation, it's always wise to research thoroughly and manage your expectations about how company values translate into day-to-day operations.
