Is “associate”, a good level to join in TIAA ?

I need advice. I moved into product management under a year ago to an early stage startup. The first few months went well, but the last 5 have been chaotic. It feels like we’re becoming more sales led, there are too many pivots (I expected some) our roadmap is becoming influenced by sales/ceo. Essentially, we’re trying to do much.
