I’ve been working in a bar for a little over 7 months now I am 17 years old and for the past 3-4 months I have been looking for a full time job in either retail or anything different from my job now
For some reason I habe been rejected nearly every time from all the jobs I habe applied too
Can anyone help me understand as to why
I get it might be because I’m 17 but most of the people my age are in full time work and making a lot of money for thenselves

Unfortunately, a lot of people are going through this too, even with years of experience. The job market is terrible, so finding work can take a long time. All you can do is keep trying, and don't be afraid to go straight into businesses with your resume to speak with the manager.

My brother is in the same situation. He’s in college and wants to get a first time job but the job market isn’t the best right now. A lot of older people are losing their job and taking all of the retail jobs. So, it’s hard to find anything right now.

Hello Fishes,

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
