I've got an offer from a comp where I've told the HR I'm on my np ending in 2-3 days as of to, now HR says that they will roll out the offer letter after bgv which will take 5 days and wants me to join within 4-5 days after it. My np term would be for 3 months but I can get early release within 2 weeks max.
Any idea if the 3rd party BGV company would enquire to them about my last working day. Any suggestions on how I can manage to come out of this situation?

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?
