I've had social anxiety disorder my whole life. Tried several SSRIs and found one that kinda worked. Anxiety was crushing at times due to my career path (senior lvl corporate pharma). Sometimes I even take a shot or 2 of whiskey before a major presentation or social engagement. The last 20 years have been a blur of constant fatigue and brain fog. I'm 40 now. No wife, no kids. No relationship.Feel like I've lived 80 yrs and I'm just tired. What a curse it's been to have this mental health issue.

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before? Mental health is busy, looking for tips to help manage tasks, currently I supervise 12 therapists in 3 different departments that are all different with unique dynamics in each dept. I still carry a small caseload on top of this. I'm struggling with my patients and worry I am not giving them my best, I wax and wane between focusing on patients and therapists.
