Additional Posts in Cognizant (CTS)
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Yes, it depends. Even if an employee is billable, the project manager may shorten the notice period and release them early if an alternate resource is available. I’ve also learned from my leadership that this process is happening in practice now a days. Ultimately, it comes down to the project manager’s judgment and the criticality of client deliverables.Generally they are trying to push out ASAP
True. But we can't fight at last moment we will in different mindset during that situation we will find our way no other go
Yes its happening now

If you fill client timesheet then it most likely means it's T&M
Without your consent and not giving any compensation you can do a case against organisation.

Nothing will happen broo even if you file the case. Most recently they are releasing earlier anyone who is in NP these days. They are just paying incase you have EL with you & gratuity incase if you are eligible that will be paid for sure. But remaining NP days amount for sure they are not paying to anyone.
