I’ve worked at couple companies in strategy or management consulting and honestly don’t think there’s that big of a difference between most of the big firms, even in how clients perceive them (to a point). Do you place a lot of emphasis on the “prestige” of the firm or where you have the best growth and work experience?

Can you please let me know about the health insurance coverage amount ( senior manager position ) as it is not mentioned in offer letter.
