I've worked in insurance claims for over 10 years. Most of my experience is in bodily injury litigation. I am completely burned out. I am finishing up my bachelor's degree in business analytics, but I just feel stuck. I want to enter more of the risk analysis, business analytics or even claims consulting aide of insurance. I've been applying to jobs and just haven't found any luck.

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. I am 25 years old - have been in the ‘mortgage underwriting profession for 2.5 years. I have heard some things about getting stuck in a specific assets class and mortgages when pursuing underwriting. I wanted to see if anyone has successfully exited mortgage underwriting and if there are any exit opportunities with more growth potential in real estate or finance. Would love any input!

My contract is close to ending with a verbal offer on table to stay for 30k. I am looking for something more techanical in the engineering field that matched my abilities more.
