Not manager but had worked as Team Lead, I work for a company, so does the team members to Khunnas, personal issues ko leke kya hi bolne ka. Kaam karo or karne do bas. If work related issues then first decide what needs to be done, do it and post that do introspection and Train, educate and make people aware about the issue handling if needed.

I'm currently at 38L(Fixed) working with Deloitte USI, cleared all the rounds with EYGDS. I am asking for 30% hike only which will be 49.5L(Fixed) and that too they are saying out of budget. This is strange!!!

For those who are technical: If machines can write code, how are you going to upskill? And what are the best ways make yourself indispensable?

I am not embracing the notion that you shouldn't have to code to do data science. However, I think coding may soon be much less of a competitive advantage.

Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?

Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
