Any thoughts on Back Bay Life Science Advisors?
Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

You have to keep bringing up the issue. Make it an issue for management. If they're fed up of hearing g you complaining then maybe they'll do something about it. Get others on board.
Making noise is often the only way to get attention. If no one hears you, nothing changes.
Squeaky wheel gets the grease. I wish more leaders would set up some kind of timeline or ongoing communication when issues are brought up. We all have full plates, but not a good excuse to miss an opportunity to fix something.
Yes to that! A proper feedback loop with timelines would show respect and build trust. Constantly raising the same thing is exhausting...

Honestly what I’ve experienced can be do not give in until you have received an answer. Are there other colleagues that’s agree with you so there is more than 1 person keeping bringing up reoccurring issues?
If the same issue keeps coming up, it is not a complaint — it is a pattern being ignored.
I think people get tired of raising the issue. Sometimes I wonder if companies aren't banking on that and that is why they never deal with the issues. They know people will just give up eventually.
I think you are spot on. People do give up when they feel ignored. Companies rely on that silence
