Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

If you want to do banking, then yeah. If you want to do not banking, then no.
Mind. Blown.
Just watch Industry on HBO before accepting the offer
Depends on the caliber of the bank - can be a great resume builder if it’s a well-regarded BB / boutique then it can definitely open doors. The crushing work hours cannot be overstated so really make sure you can hang, and also be aware that MBA associates with no finance experience are the least-liked people on any desk
Yea you'll probably get better exits than capco

Take it. Which bank? You can always return to consulting.

Industry on HBO is about Sales & Trading. sales & trading is a completely different business than deals.

Do it if you aren’t married and don’t have kids. Stay two years and move on.

Deals banking (M&A), IPO can open a lot of doors, even if you do it for two years. I say go for it, get a couple of annual bonuses, then leave if you want a change.
