Head of Strategy is a good place to start. Executive Strategy Director tends to mean a very senior person but not the person who is in charge. Chief Strategy Officer is credible if you have Department leads reporting to you, if you’re a founder, or if the role makes you the equal and opposite number of the Chief Creative Officer in the company.
