I feel that way too bud

I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

It's hard to say without knowing the details, but as a general rule, you have to be really careful when getting involved with a startup. If you're confident it's well funded, that's a good sign. But it's possible to be disappointed working for a startup, things can go wrong and fall apart. But if you think you'll be doing interesting work and it'll be worthwhile for that, it might be a good move.
I joined a start up to get experience doing tasks I would have to wait in line to do at a larger org. It was great while it was great but eventually turned bad and leadership couldn’t/wouldn’t turn it around. It’s a calculated risk. I’d ask questions and research the funding and the current market landscape for the business. Also see if you can talk to people from other areas of the org to get a feel for what it’s like to work there.
I joined a choatic startup, they called themselves a unicorn just because they got a great investor to join. Problem is the director I was working under was inexperienced, cynical, and towards the end she was super rude. She fired me 4 months later when I tried to fix her pbs with other dept. ... Then they fired her a few months later! I wouldnt care much about the title, I would definitely look into who I'm working for/with and how stable is the organization.
Look up their reviews on Glassdoor, try to find as many testimonials online as possible and look up what to look for before accepting an offer from a startup, then from there listen to your gut and analyze the information you obtained. If you don’t feel comfortable, decline it, if you do feel comfy, accept, if you’re still undecided, ask on Reddit or LinkedIn to see if anyone can give you any detailed insight into navigating this
