Just got an offer from industry for around 100k SAR/month + other benefits (schooling etc) I’m also in the process with OW for a principal position. How much does principal and partner at OW make will it exceed industry?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
