How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. How does anyone keep time well for prayer and meditation while fully giving yourself to family and work in this economy?

One can imagine work here as meant in the maximum of work vs life here.

I know people who are constantly crashing and that’s without the set time for prayer. And despite hearts or gold, obvious piety and a high work ethic.

I just found out I am pregnant and the person is not a believer. I know i have sinned, and now i am so lost. Abortion has crossed my mind multiple times. Not sure what i am doing posting here, I just needed to vent.
