Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?
- How is the work culture and LGBTQ inclusionpolicy? Société Générale
What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Is optum global solutions a service based company i know it is captive of UHG but is the work done is similar to other service based companies like TCS, Infosys , Wipro etc..? And is there any concept on strict timings with check in and checkout time or is it flexible??

Sounds like your counselor is making up excuses or your service line is crap. I was heavily involved in 2 different year end groups (region and service line) and can tell you with confidence we focused on past year performance and impact. We had tough conversations, but relocating would never be a justifiable reason for a lower rating.

That might be worth a call to HR.
My guess is there is more to this...
The way I see it, they expect low utilization until I move (funny because I'm staffed), and want to cut me out of the bonus pool for this year. Fuck me running if that doesn't make your skin crawl, I don't know what does.

I would talk to HR. Moving to another location can't be a valid criteria in your YE evaluation. It has nothing to do with your performance especially since you haven't even moved yet
HR shouldn't be allowing anything other than current fiscal year. If your nonutil projection falls in current yr bcz od early roundtable, I can see the argument, otherwise clarify with HR that this is what you were told and what they recommend.
