I'm a fresh grad and I thought this would be my dream job... I became the 3rd team member in this location and the regional team leader helped me understand and learned a lot... Me and my partner are not sure whether we want to have kids . Sometimes we want to and the next day we are completely against the idea . The reason we want to have kids is that we want to grow our inner circle , have more people in this world who we can call our family. And we don’t want to have kids is that it will put extra pressure on us , less freedom for next 10-15 years. Wanted to understand why people have kids or don’t have kids . When I was hired, I don't recall being informed about my salary being tied to my location. My employment contract also only makes one mention of location, and says "home office" and my state. I was recently told by HR though that if I move, my comp. will be lower. Is this legal? Should I consult a labor lawyer?

In my mind, I don't recall being told this and it's not clear from my employment contract, so I feel like they're breaking our agreement, and it feels unfair.

Thoughts on what to do?

I’m so grumpy about new campus hires. Sometimes I’m judgmental (your hobby is “working on your golf swing,” really?). Sometimes I’m just exhausted by the worried earnestness.
