How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?
I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here. So I thought getting an offer will help increase my pay here in walmart by getting counter offer from them. But i am not sure if I discuss with my manager it will backfire me.Walmart

None of us are qualified to tell you. But if you came for reassurance, whatever happens will happen. Nothing you can do now. If they want you then cool, if not then they can go find someone better.
Thanks, Accenture 1. I guess that’s why I came here. Damn it I hate my fking job lol
The reassurance here is some people who stumble on every question still get the job and even people who crush every question don’t get it. There’s a lot of factors besides just one question or a time frame. As Acc1 said, it’s in fates hands now, whatever happens will work out for you in the long run
Thank you so much. Appreciate this
You could interpret as bad and they are just going through the motions or they like how interview went but are keeping a poker face. At this point it’s anyone’s guess. There are times I thought I aced the interview and didn’t get it and others when it was a rough panel interview and I received offer. If I were you, stop thinking about it and continue what you do on the daily basis.
Ur the best thank u kind person
On the amount of time specifically, I would not be worried about it- it’s a non-factor; the important thing is connection and displaying competency (and one delayed response does not show incompetence)
Ok I’m glad. That’s what I was worried about. I mean we are human! She saw that I was thinking and that I tried to answer the question to the best of her liking.
I wouldn’t read into it too much. Took me a while to find my own cadence as an interviewer for one. Plus if nobody has a hard stop, it makes sense to make up for the late start at the end rather than cutting it short.
I wouldn’t. Part of the goal of the interview is to leave the candidate with a positive impression of the company regardless of the hiring decision
I’ll ask all of my questions, take notes, and reserve any judgement for the end to make sure everyone gets a fair shake
What kind of weird humble flex is this?
Haha ok didn’t think of it that way. Thank you for the chuckle and input!

It's probably neutral or a good thing. I have a hard time imagining it's a bad thing.
Thank you, Deloitte 1!
FWIW, every time my interviews have run over, I’ve made it to the next round. I do set a timer on my Apple Watch, if it’s a remote interview, to help keep my answers succinct. You definitely don’t want to ramble, but as other posters have said above, it’s the company’s opportunity to get to know you, and within reason, more detail is better.
That’s a fair point.. let’s hope I share the same good fortune, UofM 1!
On the time question: When interviewing with McKinsey, every single interview I had went over the scheduled time and I got the job in the end.
Love that for you — let’s hope it worked for me too
Moderna here, dont worry.
