How do you know if you’re using a good recruiter? I connected with mine when I replied to a mass email because he’s part of a company that allegedly works closely with the firm/type of firm I want to join. We spoke a couple of times and he seems nice but clearly didn’t even review my resume, which I feel is the most important as the first impression doc..?
